So, mortgage applications are up from December 2022! The number of under-contract homes in Las Vegas grew dramatically over the past week! Is the winter ready to thaw and let the real estate flourish? Let’s hope so! I will mention… compared to last year, the number of mortgage applications and homes under contract is still kinda pathetic. But the market is trying! Look at the graph… that’s an uptick. You have to look quite close, but it is positive!
